US President Donald Trump has arrived in Israel , flying over a massive "Thank You" and "Home" banner displayed along the Tel Aviv coastline as Air Force One approached Ben Gurion Airport .
The banner, featuring a photo of President Trump with the words "Thank You" and "Home," was positioned directly along the flight path to greet the president upon his arrival.
Upon landing, President Trump was welcomed by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu . During his brief four-hour visit, Trump is scheduled to meet with the families of hostages recently freed from Gaza, hold talks with Netanyahu, and address lawmakers at the Knesset (Israeli parliament).

The visit coincides with the second anniversary of the October 7, 2023, Hamas attacks, observed on the Hebrew calendar as Simchat Torah begins Monday evening. The day carries both grief and hope as Israelis prepare to welcome home the final 20 living hostages while mourning those who did not survive.
According to Hebrew media reports cited by the Times of Israel, seven hostages have already been handed over to the International Committee of the Red Cross, sparking celebrations in Tel Aviv’s Hostages Square.
Following his visit, President Trump is expected to travel to Egypt to co-host a regional peace summit with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, joined by more than 20 world leaders to discuss postwar recovery and peace efforts in the Middle East.
